1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of clinical assessment services by Ammcore Clinical Assessments, a trading name of Ammcore Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 10661995.
By booking an assessment or other service, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
- Clinical assessments for ADHD and autism
- Diagnostic report writing based on structured interviews
- Optional follow-up support services
Reports are based on information provided during assessments and clinical interviews.
3. Booking & Payment
- All assessments must be booked in advance via our website or approved booking platform.
- A non-refundable £99 booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee is deducted from the final balance due.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before the assessment is conducted and the report released.
Standard ADHD Assessment: £799 total (£99 booking fee paid at booking; £700 balance due before assessment)
Express ADHD Assessment: £899 total (£99 booking fee paid at booking; £800 balance due before assessment). Express includes priority appointment scheduling and report delivery within 3 working days.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- The £99 booking fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, rescheduling, or non-attendance.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled once without additional charge, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments without prior notice, will forfeit the booking fee and may incur the full assessment fee.
- Express assessments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment will forfeit the full balance paid.
5. Reports & Delivery
- Standard: Reports delivered within 7 working days of assessment completion.
- Express: Priority assessment and report delivery within 3 working days.
- Reports are based on the information provided and professional judgment.
- While assessments aim to be thorough, Ammcore Clinical Assessments cannot guarantee acceptance of the report by third parties such as schools, employers, or healthcare providers.
6. Clinical Disclaimer
- Assessments are for diagnostic purposes only and do not replace formal medical care.
- Any recommendations do not constitute treatment, prescription, or medical advice.
- Reports are intended for informational purposes to guide support or adjustments.
7. Remote / Video Consultations
- Remote assessments require a private and secure environment.
- Patients are responsible for ensuring technical requirements (internet, camera, microphone) are adequate.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- All information is processed under GDPR and privacy laws.
- Patient information will only be shared with those directly involved in the assessment process or where legally required.
9. Liability
- Ammcore Clinical Assessments, its directors, or employees will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from assessment outcomes.
- Liability for negligence or professional misconduct is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and insurance coverage.
10. Changes to Terms
- Ammcore Clinical Assessments reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
- Updated versions will be published on the website and effective immediately upon posting.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
